Started in 2013, Cobble Hill Management is a vertically-integrated, full-service team of New York City residential management experts. We have managed over 60 buildings across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. They assist owners with all aspects of property management, including day to day operations, compliance and violation removal, leasing, collections, institutional reporting , accounting, repairs and maintenance, and construction management.



This was our first project from New York and we had to represent the the city in a sophisticated and premium manner in this brand. After a big process and 6 weeks, They had a great brand identity and a website that they and their clients loved.
